customer service manager

Responsibilities
• Provide elite customer service to customers on a wide array of requests.
• Process sales order transactions received with 100% accuracy by following process.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure effective problem resolution.
• Motivate, lead, coach and train the Customer Service Team to achieve high performance.
• Monitors programs and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Measures Customer Service Representatives’ performance, work schedules and on-going training.
• Conduct performance reviews of Customer Service staff in addition to disciplinary action when necessary.
• Validate sales order contracts & ensure proper review has been performed and all information entered is correct by following process.
• Work with internal departments to coordinate order fulfillment by following process.
• Process credit card payments for sales orders.
• Coordinate freight shipments for out of the area sales orders.
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching, exploring answers and alternative solutions.

Requirements
• College degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industrial commodity-based customer service call center required.
• 5 years of Management experience.
• Ability to work with continuous interruptions.
• Ability to promote and up sell additional products to customers.
• Ability to interact and maintain a positive approach & attitude when communicating with customers, peers, and management.
• Ability to learn quickly as well as keep up with the changes in policies, the client’s products and/or services.
• Ability to navigate and multi-task with a variety of applications while conversing with the customer.
• Ability to learn and understand the basics uses of oils, lubricants, and filters, associated nomenclature, and catalog information to meet customer needs and processing procedures.
• Ability to perform all tasks listed above to the Company’s expectations.

Class B CDL Drivers

Are you ready to join a company that values it's employees? We are looking for honest and reliable Class B CDL (Class A ok) drivers with good driving histories for daily deliveries from our various warehouse locations. Tanker and Hazmat certification is a PLUS.

Trucks to be driven are straight box trucks or straight tank trucks. Job will generally be during normal business hours on Monday through Friday. Driver will start and end each day at the warehouse. Driver will deliver lubricants to customers and make multiple daily stops to unload product, in addition to supporting warehouse needs. Our current warehouse locations looking for drivers is Charlotte NC, Raleigh NC, Spartanburg SC, & Atlanta GA.
